1. Using Chatzhub

Chatzhub is an online chat and social platform. You must use the website only for lawful and proper purposes. You must follow these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India and other laws that may apply to you.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Do not use another person's account, create fake accounts to harm others, or provide false information to deceive users or Chatzhub.

3. User Conduct

Do not use Chatzhub to threaten, harass, abuse, stalk, scam, impersonate, defame, spread hate, or harm another person. Do not send spam, malware, viruses, scams, or unwanted advertising.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, send, or share illegal, obscene, pornographic, sexually exploitative, child sexual abuse, violent, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading, or privacy-invading content. Content that encourages crime, violence, terrorism, or other illegal activity is also prohibited.

5. Children and Safety

Chatzhub must not be used for sexual or harmful interaction involving children. Do not request, share, save, or distribute sexual or abusive content involving anyone under 18 years of age.

6. Copyright and Other Rights

Do not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use. This includes copyrighted photos, videos, music, text, trademarks, or other protected material. We may remove content when we receive a valid complaint or when the law requires us to do so.

7. User Content

You keep ownership of content you create and post. By posting content on Chatzhub, you give Chatzhub permission to store, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate and provide the service. You are responsible for the content you post.

8. Rank Management Policy

Rank promotions and demotions are based on a user's activity, contribution, participation, and overall involvement in the Chatzhub community. Users who are active, contribute positively to the chat, help other members, support the community, and contribute towards the growth of the site may be considered for promotion. Users who are inactive for an extended period or do not actively contribute to the community may be subject to demotion. If a user violates any Chatzhub site rules, policies, or terms, their rank, privileges, or membership may be cancelled or removed. Chatzhub reserves the right to promote, demote, suspend, or remove ranks based on a user's activity, contribution, conduct, and compliance with site rules.

Note: Premium & VIP Membership

Premium and VIP memberships are separate from the rank management system and are not affected by the user's activity-based rank promotion or demotion. These memberships are determined solely by the user's active paid subscription. However, if a Premium or VIP member violates any Chatzhub site rules, policies, or terms, their membership may be cancelled or terminated.

9. Moderation and Removal

Chatzhub may review, restrict, hide, remove, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, harm users, create security risks, or may break the law. We may also take action when required by a lawful government or court order.

10. Spam, Bots and Abuse

Do not use automated systems, bots, scripts, fake accounts, or other methods to abuse, overload, scrape, attack, manipulate, or disrupt Chatzhub. Security testing or attacks without written permission are not allowed.

11. Privacy

We may collect and use information needed to operate, secure, and improve Chatzhub. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You should not publicly share another person's private information without their permission.

12. Payments and Memberships

If Chatzhub offers paid memberships or features, the applicable price, duration, and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Membership benefits may be changed or removed when reasonably necessary. Any refund will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and law.

13. Third-Party Services

Chatzhub may contain links, content, or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or their privacy practices.

14. Service Availability

We try to keep Chatzhub available and secure, but we cannot promise that the website will always work without errors, interruptions, delays, or security incidents. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the service when necessary.

15. No Guarantee

Chatzhub is provided on an available basis. We do not guarantee that all user content is accurate, safe, reliable, or suitable. Users should use their own judgment when communicating with other people online.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chatzhub Company LLC and its administrators will not be responsible for indirect, accidental, or consequential losses caused by use of the website, user content, third-party services, account misuse, or temporary service problems.

17. Account Suspension

We may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account if a user breaks these Terms, abuses the service, creates a security risk, or uses Chatzhub for unlawful activity. We may also preserve or provide information when legally required.

18. Complaints and Legal Requests

For complaints about illegal content, abuse, copyright issues, privacy concerns, or other serious violations, please contact us with enough information for us to understand and review the complaint.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary because of changes to Chatzhub, technology, or applicable law. Updated Terms will be posted on this website. Continued use of Chatzhub after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to Chatzhub will be handled by the courts having proper legal jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

21. Account Deletion and Recovery

If you delete your account, your previous rank, Gold, Rubies, rewards, and other account benefits may be permanently lost. If you create or recover an account again, you must use Chatzhub regularly to become eligible for rank promotion. Previous or higher ranks will not be restored or given directly, except where applicable to active Premium or VIP membership subscriptions. Rank promotions will follow Chatzhub's normal promotion system and eligibility rules.
