Chatzhub Terms of Use

Welcome to Chatzhub. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Chatzhub, including its chat rooms, private messaging features, profiles, public posts, memberships, virtual features, moderation systems, and other services made available through the platform. By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use Chatzhub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Chatzhub, you agree to follow these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, applicable community rules, safety requirements, and any additional policies displayed on the platform. These rules apply to registered users, guests, visitors, members, and any person who accesses or interacts with Chatzhub services.

• You must comply with all applicable platform rules.
• You must use Chatzhub only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Continued use of the platform may constitute acceptance of updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
• If you disagree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of Chatzhub.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

You may use Chatzhub only if you meet the minimum age requirements displayed on the platform and are legally permitted to use online communication services under applicable law. By using Chatzhub, you represent that you satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements. Chatzhub may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts where age requirements are not met or where continued access may create legal or safety concerns.

• Users must meet the minimum required age.
• Users must not provide false age information to bypass restrictions.
• Users legally prohibited from using the service must not access Chatzhub.
• Accounts may be restricted where credible age-related concerns arise.

User Accounts

Certain Chatzhub features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information where required and for protecting your account credentials. You must not knowingly allow unauthorized persons to misuse your account. Chatzhub may restrict accounts that appear compromised, fraudulent, automated, abusive, or created to evade enforcement actions.

• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer accounts without authorization.
• Do not access another user's account without permission.
• Do not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Report suspected unauthorized account access promptly.

Username and Profile Rules

Usernames, display names, profile images, biographies, statuses, and other profile content must comply with Chatzhub rules. Chatzhub may remove, modify, restrict, or require changes to profile content that is deceptive, abusive, unlawful, impersonating, sexually explicit, threatening, misleading, or otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

• Do not impersonate another person, staff member, organization, or public authority.
• Do not use usernames intended to deceive or defraud others.
• Do not use prohibited sexual, hateful, threatening, or illegal profile content.
• Do not falsely claim official association with Chatzhub.
• Chatzhub may require inappropriate profile information to be changed.

Account Deletion and Recovery Policy

Users can permanently delete their own accounts directly from their account settings without requesting assistance from the staff team. Once an account deletion request has been submitted, the account will remain in a pending deletion state for 7 days. During this period, you may be able to cancel the request if supported by the system. After the 7-day period expires, your account and its associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Please remember that once your account has been permanently deleted from our servers, it cannot be recovered. All account privileges, ranks, achievements, subscriptions, gold, and other associated data will also be permanently removed unless covered by the exceptions listed below.

If you decide to register a new account in the future, your previous rank may only be restored under the following circumstances:

1. The account was accidentally deleted by a member of the staff team.
2. During a chat migration or server transfer, your account data was lost due to a technical issue, and you can provide sufficient evidence of ownership (such as screenshots showing your account information or rank).

Please Note:

Users who create a new account after deleting their account for the second time or any subsequent time (whether the deletion was manual or self-requested) will receive only the default/base rank assigned to new users. Previous special ranks such as VIP, SuperVIP, Celebrity and Room staff ranks will not be restored.

VIP Membership and Premium Membership subscriptions are treated separately according to their subscription status and validity period. Expired or non-transferable subscriptions will not be restored automatically.

The staff team will not transfer or compensate any previously owned Gold Coins, gifts, rewards, or other virtual assets to newly created accounts in these cases. Future promotions and rank upgrades must be earned again through regular community participation or by purchasing eligible subscriptions and earning Gold Coins on the new account.

Acceptable Use

Chatzhub is intended for lawful communication and social interaction. Users must behave responsibly and respect the rights, safety, privacy, and security of others. You must not use Chatzhub in any manner that harms users, disrupts services, violates applicable law, or interferes with normal platform operations.

• Communicate respectfully with other users.
• Follow room-specific and platform-wide rules.
• Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others.
• Use reporting and blocking tools responsibly.
• Follow reasonable instructions issued by authorized moderation or administrative staff.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Chatzhub to engage in unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or disruptive conduct. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account bans, device or network restrictions, or other appropriate action.

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
• Credible threats of violence, personal harm, or property damage.
• Blackmail, extortion, coercion, or serious intimidation.
• Hate-based abuse or unlawful discriminatory threats.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive financial schemes, or impersonation.
• Distribution of malware, phishing pages, or malicious links.
• Spam, flooding, repeated unwanted messages, or automated abuse.
• Deliberate disruption of rooms, conversations, or platform services.
• Attempts to evade bans, restrictions, or moderation actions.
• Any other conduct that violates applicable law or creates serious safety risks.

Scams, Fraud and Financial Abuse

Chatzhub has zero tolerance for serious scams, financial fraud, deceptive payment requests, phishing, fake investment schemes, fraudulent offers, and similar abuse. Users are responsible for exercising caution before sending money, sharing payment information, or entering financial arrangements with people met through the platform.

• Do not request money through deception or false claims.
• Do not promote fake investments, fake jobs, fake prizes, or fraudulent schemes.
• Do not impersonate banks, businesses, authorities, or trusted individuals.
• Do not steal or attempt to obtain payment credentials.
• Serious cases may result in permanent bans and legal reporting where required or appropriate.

Malicious Links and Cybersecurity Abuse

Users must not share links, files, scripts, or content designed to compromise accounts, devices, browsers, networks, or Chatzhub systems. Any attempt to exploit, attack, disrupt, damage, scan, or gain unauthorized access to Chatzhub infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

• No phishing or credential-stealing links.
• No malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious downloads.
• No unauthorized vulnerability exploitation.
• No denial-of-service or service disruption attempts.
• No unauthorized scanning, probing, or attack activity.
• No attempts to bypass platform security controls.

Sexual and Pornographic Content

Users must comply with Chatzhub content rules and applicable law concerning sexual, pornographic, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material. Chatzhub may remove content and permanently restrict accounts involved in serious violations.

• No illegal sexual content.
• No sexual exploitation or coercion.
• No non-consensual intimate content.
• No sexual content involving minors under any circumstances.
• No grooming, solicitation, or sexual exploitation of minors.
• No prohibited pornographic content where restricted by Chatzhub rules.

Protection of Minors

Chatzhub strictly prohibits child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or any content that depicts, promotes, requests, distributes, or facilitates child sexual abuse. Such conduct may result in immediate permanent restriction and reporting to competent authorities or relevant organizations where legally required or appropriate.

• Never request sexual content from a minor.
• Never share sexual content involving minors.
• Never attempt to groom or sexually exploit a minor.
• Never encourage others to participate in child exploitation.
• Serious violations may be preserved and reported as required by law.

Threats, Blackmail and Extortion

Chatzhub prohibits serious threats, blackmail, extortion, coercion, and attempts to force users into providing money, personal information, images, access credentials, or other benefits. Credible reports supported by evidence may lead to immediate enforcement action.

• No threats of physical harm.
• No threats to expose private information for personal gain.
• No sextortion or intimate-image blackmail.
• No coercive demands for money or property.
• No serious threats against Chatzhub users, staff, servers, or systems.

Privacy of Other Users

You must respect the privacy of other users. Do not unlawfully collect, expose, publish, sell, or misuse another person's private or personal information. Users should also avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information with unknown individuals.

• Do not publish private addresses without permission.
• Do not expose passwords, OTP codes, or account credentials.
• Do not share private identity documents without authorization.
• Do not engage in unlawful doxxing or targeted exposure of personal information.
• Do not misuse information obtained through private conversations.

Public Chat Rooms

Messages posted in public chat rooms may be visible to other users. Users are responsible for content they publish in public areas and should understand that other users may independently capture, copy, or redistribute publicly visible information outside Chatzhub's control.

• Do not post highly sensitive personal information publicly.
• Follow room-specific rules where applicable.
• Avoid flooding or intentionally disrupting conversations.
• Public content may be moderated or removed.
• Repeated violations may result in restrictions or account suspension.

Private Messages

Private messaging is provided for communication between users, but users must still follow these Terms of Use. Private messages must not be used for scams, threats, harassment, illegal activity, malicious links, exploitation, or other prohibited conduct. Chatzhub does not guarantee permanent storage of private messages.

• Private messages may be automatically cleared after a certain period.
• Messages may be manually cleared where such functionality is available.
• Permanently cleared messages may not be recoverable.
• Chatzhub should not be treated as permanent message storage.
• Users should preserve important information independently where necessary.

User-Generated Content

Users may be able to submit messages, images, profile content, posts, comments, files, or other materials. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights or permissions to share it. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, breaks applicable law, or breaches these Terms.

• Upload only content you have the right to share.
• Do not knowingly infringe copyrights or trademarks.
• Do not upload stolen or unlawfully obtained private material.
• Do not misrepresent ownership of another person's content.
• Chatzhub may remove content that violates platform rules.

License to Operate the Service

When you submit content to Chatzhub, you grant Chatzhub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, reproduce, and technically modify that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the relevant platform features. This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Chatzhub and is subject to applicable law and platform policies.

Moderation and Enforcement

Chatzhub may use manual review, automated systems, user reports, technical security tools, or a combination of methods to identify potential violations. We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate action based on available information, severity, risk, repeated behavior, and platform safety requirements.

• Content warnings or removal.
• Temporary chat restrictions.
• Feature limitations.
• Account suspension.
• Permanent account bans.
• Device, browser, network, or technical restrictions where appropriate.
• Preservation of relevant evidence where legally necessary.
• Reporting serious matters to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

Serious Violations and Permanent Bans

If Chatzhub receives a report supported by credible evidence involving serious violations, we may permanently ban the relevant account and may inform competent legal authorities where required or appropriate. Serious violations may include:

• Money scams or financial fraud.
• Malicious, phishing, fraudulent, or harmful website links.
• Prohibited pornographic or illegal sexual content.
• Child sexual exploitation or grooming.
• Personal threats or credible threats of violence.
• Blackmail, extortion, or serious coercion.
• Serious security threats against Chatzhub or its users.
• Attempts to hack, damage, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Other serious unlawful activity supported by credible evidence.

Reports and Evidence

Users may report suspected violations through available reporting or support channels. Reports should be made in good faith and should include relevant information or evidence where reasonably available. Submitting deliberately false, manipulated, malicious, or abusive reports may itself result in enforcement action.

• Submit accurate information when reporting violations.
• Do not fabricate screenshots or evidence.
• Do not repeatedly file malicious reports against innocent users.
• Chatzhub may review relevant available information before taking action.
• A report does not automatically guarantee a specific enforcement outcome.

False Reports and Abuse of Reporting Tools

Chatzhub reporting tools must not be used to harass users, manipulate moderation decisions, retaliate against others, or submit knowingly false allegations. Accounts that repeatedly misuse reporting systems may be warned, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned depending on severity.

Automated Systems and Security Controls

Chatzhub may use automated systems to detect spam, suspicious behavior, fake accounts, abusive content, malicious links, repeated violations, automated activity, or security threats. Automated systems may occasionally produce incorrect results, and Chatzhub may review or adjust enforcement decisions where appropriate.

• Malicious link and content safety checks.
• Anti-abuse and anti-automation protections.
• Security monitoring and repeated violation detection.

Ban Evasion

Users who have been suspended, restricted, or permanently banned must not attempt to bypass enforcement by creating replacement accounts, using another person's account, manipulating technical identifiers, or using other methods intended to evade restrictions.

• Do not create new accounts to bypass a ban.
• Do not use another user's account to evade enforcement.
• Do not assist banned users in bypassing restrictions.
• Repeated ban evasion may result in broader technical restrictions.

Spam and Automated Activity

Users must not use bots, scripts, automation tools, macros, scraping systems, or other automated methods to abuse Chatzhub, create accounts at scale, flood chats, collect user information, manipulate features, or overload the service without explicit authorization.

• No automated account creation.
• No unauthorized scraping or mass data collection.
• No chat flooding or automated spam.
• No artificial manipulation of platform features.
• No activity intended to overload servers or degrade service performance.

Virtual Items, Memberships and Premium Features

Chatzhub may offer virtual items, virtual currency, VIP memberships, Premium memberships, paid upgrades, gifts, or other optional features. Availability, duration, benefits, eligibility, and pricing may vary. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, virtual features have no cash value outside the platform and must not be treated as bank deposits, investments, or transferable financial assets.

• Membership benefits may apply only for the purchased duration.
• Expired memberships may automatically end or revert according to platform rules.
• Virtual items may not have real-world cash value.
• Features and benefits may change where reasonably necessary.
• Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or payment manipulation may result in restrictions.

Payments and Refunds

Where Chatzhub offers paid services, users are responsible for reviewing the applicable price, duration, benefits, and payment details before completing a purchase. Refund rights, if any, are subject to applicable law, payment provider requirements, and any refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.

• Review purchase details before confirming payment.
• Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Fraudulent payment disputes may be investigated.
• Payment provider terms may also apply.
• Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.

Service Availability

Chatzhub aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, server limitations, third-party outages, network problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Features may occasionally be unavailable.
• Maintenance may temporarily interrupt access.
• Technical errors may occur.
• Chatzhub may modify infrastructure to improve security or stability.
• No guarantee is made that every feature will always remain available.

Changes to Features

Chatzhub may add, modify, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, user safety, technical improvement, or business operations. Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice may be provided for material changes.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Chatzhub branding, platform design, original graphics, logos, interface elements, software components, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users must not copy, reproduce, sell, falsely represent, or exploit protected Chatzhub materials without authorization.

• Do not misuse Chatzhub branding.
• Do not falsely claim ownership of platform materials.
• Do not copy protected materials for fraudulent purposes.

Third-Party Links and Services

Chatzhub may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third parties operate independently and may have separate terms, privacy policies, and security practices. Chatzhub does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or practices except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

• Chatzhub does not guarantee external website safety.
• Report suspicious links shared through the platform.

Account Suspension and Termination

Chatzhub may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, engage in fraud, threaten platform security, repeatedly disrupt services, or expose Chatzhub or its users to serious legal or operational risk. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, evidence, context, repeated behavior, and applicable legal requirements.

• Serious violations may result in immediate permanent bans.
• Security threats may result in technical access restrictions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chatzhub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Chatzhub does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or suitable for every user's individual purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Interactions Between Users

Chatzhub provides communication tools that allow users to interact with one another. Chatzhub does not guarantee the identity, honesty, intentions, accuracy, or behavior of every user. Users are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when communicating, meeting, exchanging information, or entering arrangements with people encountered through the platform.

• Be cautious when communicating with unknown users.
• Do not send money based solely on online claims.
• Do not share sensitive credentials or OTP codes.
• Report suspicious behavior promptly.
• Take appropriate safety precautions before any offline meeting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chatzhub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform, user interactions, unauthorized third-party conduct, loss of content, service interruptions, or external websites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Chatzhub, your serious violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit without necessary rights or authorization. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

Legal Compliance

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations while using Chatzhub. Chatzhub may respond to valid legal requests, court orders, or lawful demands from competent authorities as required by applicable law. Where legally permitted, Chatzhub may challenge requests considered invalid, excessive, or inconsistent with applicable requirements.

Changes to These Terms

Chatzhub may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, safety practices, security requirements, technical operations, or business needs. Updated Terms may be published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid provision may be interpreted or limited only as necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

No Waiver

If Chatzhub does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean Chatzhub has permanently waived the right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must comply with applicable legal requirements.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or rules expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of Chatzhub. Additional terms may apply to specific features, memberships, promotions, or services where clearly disclosed.

Final User Agreement

Serious matters involving credible evidence of fraud, malicious activity, illegal sexual content, personal threats, security threats, or other unlawful conduct may be reported to competent authorities where required or appropriate.
